Check-in: From 13:00
Please provide a valid photo ID before arrival. Early check-ins may be arranged upon request. You will be provided a code for a key lock box by the entrance to enter the property.
Check-out: Until 11:00
We kindly ask guests to vacate by 11:00 to allow us time to prepare the villa for the next visitors.
Your Stay: The villa accommodates up to 4 guests, with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Perfect for families, couples, or small groups seeking an authentic Sicilian experience.
Children & Families: Children of all ages are welcome. Please inform us of the number and ages of children in your group to ensure appropriate bedding and amenities.
Pets: Dogs are welcome to join the stay — please let us know in advance so we can prepare for them.
Smoking: Smoking is permitted on the balcony only. Please respect the property and your fellow guests.
