George Laing Auction Terms and Conditions (October 2025)

1. Bidding: By participating in this George Laing auction, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All bids are final and binding.
2. Buyers Fee: A 20% buyers fee will be added to the final hammer price of all items sold.
3. Shipping: UK Shipping: £12. Europe Shipping: £25. Worldwide Shipping: £40 
4. Payment: The winning bidder must make payment within 48 hours of the auction’s conclusion. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the bid and the item being offered to the next highest bidder.
5. Non-Payment: Bidders who fail to complete payment within the specified timeframe will be blocked from participating in future George Laing auctions.
6. Payment Method: All winning bidders will receive an email with a payment link. Please complete payment via the direct link provided if you win the auction.
7. Condition of Items: All items sold are sold as seen, and no warranties or guarantees are provided unless explicitly stated.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the George Laing auction shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to legal authorities.
9. Cancellation: George Laing reserves the right to cancel or suspend the auction at any time without prior notice.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: George Laing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email or through the auction platform.
