Property Search Begins
George immediately begins sourcing properties in Valledolmo and Mussomeli that match your brief — budget, size, condition, and goals. You'll receive options with video walkthroughs before any travel.
Three-Way Introduction
When you find a property you like, George creates a WhatsApp group with you and the local estate agent. Direct communication, fully transparent — George guides every conversation.
Offer & Negotiation
George negotiates on your behalf. For €1 properties, he navigates the council scheme. For standard properties, he handles the offer process with the agent and seller.
Legal Process (1–3 Months)
After offer acceptance, the legal process begins. Documents, notary checks, contracts, and deposits — George guides you through every stage. Expect €4,000–€6,000 in additional legal and notary fees.
Notary Signing & Keys
The final step: contracts signed at the notary, full payment completed, ownership transferred. You receive the keys to your Sicilian property. The £999 completion fee is due at this stage.
